One inbox, and a correction policy
Mimo is a small independent site, not a newsroom with a press desk. There is one address, it is read by a person, and the most useful thing you can put in it is evidence.
How do you reach Mimo?
Email hello@mimoaitools.com. That is the whole contact surface. Mimo runs no phone line, no live chat and no support queue, and saying so is more useful than a form that quietly goes nowhere.
How do you report something we got wrong?
Send the page URL, the sentence you are disputing, and a source we can check. Every scored claim on this site is meant to trace back to a dated, linkable document under the Mimo Evidence Protocol, so a correction that names its own source can be verified the same day. One that does not will take considerably longer, because the checking falls to us.
Corrections are made on the page itself rather than quietly in the background, and the raw evidence log lives in public at the Mimo evidence repository, where the commit history is the timestamp.
You are a vendor and your tool is reviewed here
Write in. A vendor reply gets quoted and dated next to the claim it answers, which is the same treatment any other source gets. What a reply cannot do is move a score on its own: scores follow the evidence, and a rating changes when a re-test changes, not when a vendor asks. If your pricing, limits or features have changed, send the page on your own site that documents it and the review gets re-checked against it.
What Mimo will not do
- Accept payment for a review, a placement, a score or a link. How the site does earn is set out in the affiliate disclosure.
- Publish a guest post, a sponsored post or a paid insertion into an existing article.
- Remove an accurate, sourced finding because a vendor would prefer it gone. A wrong one comes down the moment it is shown to be wrong.
